FABRICATION

HMC Machining Technologies provides fabrication operations to transition machined parts into a finished component. Our customers appreciate how our fabrication service allows them to reduce their lead-time and overall outsourcing costs and maintains high quality through our Quality Assurance and inspection processes that include Mil-Spec and ISO

compliance. We fabricate both ferrous and non-ferrous metals in plate, bar and tubing. Our current limit for weight is 10,000 pounds per individual fabrication. Our welders are D1.1, D 14.1, and NAVSEA S9074-AR-GIB-010/248 certified. With over 25 years’ experience, our fitters and welders can help build your fabrications with precision and high quality. They also build all fabrications for our machinists, so that we may cut down on lead time and

ensure high quality throughout the building process.
